Asma Healing Art takes reasonable care when preparing artworks and products for delivery. Shipping availability, methods and costs may vary according to the type, size, value and destination of the item.
1. Delivery Areas
We may offer delivery within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.
Availability of delivery to a particular destination may depend on the artwork, product, carrier and available delivery service.
2. Shipping Charges
Where a shipping charge is available automatically, it will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
Large, fragile, valuable or unusual original artworks may require a specialist or individually arranged delivery service.
If a suitable delivery service cannot be provided for an order, we may contact you to discuss available options. We will not impose an additional delivery charge that you have not agreed to.
3. Dispatch and Delivery Times
Any estimated dispatch or delivery time provided on the website, during checkout or in correspondence is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, production requirements and customs processing.
Where no alternative delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.
4. Original Artworks
Original artworks may require specialist packaging and may take longer to prepare for dispatch than standard products.
Delivery methods may be selected according to the artwork’s dimensions, value, fragility and destination.
5. Prints
Prints may be produced and shipped by a third-party fulfilment provider.
Where this applies, production and delivery times may vary according to product type, destination and fulfilment provider capacity.
6. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the customer, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
7. Failed or Refused Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer supplied incorrect information, failed to accept delivery or refused a correctly supplied order without exercising an applicable legal cancellation right, additional reasonable delivery or redelivery costs may be payable where permitted by law.
8. Transit Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, customs procedures, strikes, transport disruption and other external events.
We will not be liable for delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Damage During Delivery
Please inspect delivered items promptly.
If an artwork or product arrives visibly damaged, please retain the item and packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Photographs may be requested so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier or fulfilment provider.
10. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges.
Customs procedures may cause delivery delays that are outside our control.
11. Risk and Ownership
Ownership and responsibility for goods will pass in accordance with applicable consumer law and the terms governing the individual order.
